Skullgard Caps and Hats are handmade for durability, designed to withstand temperatures up to 350°F, and classified as Type I for top impact protection. They are commonly used in steel mills, welding, construction, open-pit mining, oil/gas refineries, rubber manufacturing, and steam tunnels. Made from phenolic resin, they come in Non-slotted Cap Style, Full-Brim Hat, and versions with lamp brackets, cord holders, and attached welder lugs.

Available in Standard (6 1/2 – 8") and Large (7 – 8 1/2") sizes for caps, and Standard (6 1/2 – 8") for hats, Skullgard products offer optional higher temperature (HT), lower temperature (LT), and high visibility (Hi-Viz) features. They meet ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (Class G) standards and are SEI certified. Customization options include imprinting and striping with a minimum order of 16 helmets.

The Fas-Trac III suspension provides ultimate comfort and reliability with its 4-point ratchet liner system, nylon height adjustors, and easily adjustable closure. Other suspension options like Staz-On and 1-Touch offer superior comfort and secure, customizable fits.
